If you’re in America, you probably see a dozen Chevy Suburbans everyday without knowing that the model is 75 years old. Well as of yesterday, it is that old. The picture shows a 60s model next to a 2010.
Porsche’s marketing team has gone crazy. So an SUV is “the future of the sports car”? To add insult, a hybrid SUV? And this madness coming from the most-respected sports car maker in the world? I will give credit where it’s due in that the Cayenne is pretty much the sportiest SUV you can buy. But no matter, it’s still not a sports car and much less the direction that future sports cars should go in.
