I doodle sexy family crossovers when I’m bored.
Since I’m not yet aware of anything like the scanner I was describing, I had to take a photo with my camera.Â
I love Maseratis. Love the GranTurismo as well. But one thing I always found a little awkward is the front fascia. That oval grille is a company heritage, but I just don’t think it fits very well on a modern car. It doesn’t have the aggression that an Italian exotic is supposed to have.
I made a quick sketch to see how a facelift would look. The grille is a bit wider, lower, and less rounded. This eliminates the need to have the oddly-placed (imo) lower lip and foglights. Instead, the lower parts of the grille that rise up get LED light bars. The famous Maserati indent in the center is larger and follows the sculpture through the hood. I like the headlights so they’re mostly the same, just a little slimmer and more angular. Same with the mirrors.
I’m not saying my sketch is better than what Maserati has. It’s just how I’d like to see it.
Not the grey, bulky, annoying machine that I have in the downstairs office. I just want a way to quickly upload some sketches from onto my computer. I actually have a Wacom but I still end up with too many little informal sketches that I want to keep.

This dog just wanted my sandwich….of course I had to share
Wow. This isn’t particularly artistic or beautiful, but it’s just so real! I was wondering why eatsleepdraw would post a photograph.
