Pumpkin pieces

=( Some asshole threw a pumpkin at me while I was walking home from school. Good thing he missed because he came up real fast in a Ford Explorer and threw it at me from behind so I didn’t see it coming. By the time I reacted he was already half a block away so I didn’t even get the chance to flip him off. The funny thing is, a car behind him saw it and tailed him and kept honking until they turned the corner. I was only about 100 feet away from my house when this happened so the pumpkin ended up in my yard. I sat there with a large chunk of pumpkin for a couple minutes waiting to throw it back at the car when it came around again until I thought, “What if he came back with a gun?”. But then I realized that I live in the #3 “Best Place To Live” in America according to CNNMoney.com’s 2008 “list of America’s best small cities”, so I relaxed. But alas, he never came back so I chucked the pumpkin pieces into the trash.
